Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with THE XO. As all our products are made to order through our Print-on-Demand partners, we have a limited return and refund policy.

Returns

Since every T-shirt is printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size selected by the customer

  • Color preference

  • Accidental order

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will gladly offer a free replacement or full refund if:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product has a manufacturing or printing defect.

  • The product arrives significantly different from what was ordered.

Reporting an Issue

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you paid using Cash on Delivery (if available), we may request your bank account or UPI details to process the refund.

Replacement Process

If your claim is approved, we will produce and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Replacement orders are processed within 2–5 business days, followed by standard shipping times.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before production begins.

Once your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled because it is custom-made specifically for you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products ordered in the wrong size.

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Minor color variations due to screen or monitor settings.

  • Normal printing variations within acceptable manufacturing standards.
